A light southwesterly is building on Hamilton Harbour and the crews have taken to the racecourse to begin the Semifinal Round. The wind is expected to build to 10 knots and back around to the south throughout the day. At stake is the $100,000 prize purse, with $35,000 earmarked for the champion.
