Nick (EJ) is the defending 2022 WMRT Open Match Racing World Champion and is finally making it to his first Bermuda Gold Cup. Knots Racing were scheduled to compete in the 2020 Bermuda Gold Cup but due to the pandemic, was unable to attend. He is a past New Zealand Match Racing Champion (2021) and has finised second on several occassions, including as a youth sailor. He finished in the top three at the Youth Match Racing World Championships on numerous occassions. So far in 2023, Knots Racing have had sucess at the W Grade Congressional Cup (3rd), Grade 2 GKSS Match Race Cup Sweden (7th) and Grade 2 Warren Jones International Regatta (2nd).
